Broth Bar by SFT and Umi Organic are melding their creative minds for three original takes on regional ramen. Starting from a foundation of pasture-raised bone broths and Umi Organic fresh ramen noodles, this flavor extravaganza will feature local, seasonal Pacific Northwest ingredients, creating a deep, layered flavor of place. Each month will bring a brand new take on noodles and broth with surprise ingredients like smoked mussels, chanterelles, fennel pollen, and alpaca broth. Expect the unexpected.
