On the same day at Faubion, we are co-hosting the Squash and Bean Sagra (festival) with the Eat Winter Squash project and the Culinary Breeding Network! The Squash and Bean Sagra will give you a chance to learn about, celebrate, and taste the many different varieties of winter squash and dry beans being grown by Oregon farmers through tastings, cooking demonstrations and more. Umi will be there serving noodles in a delectable winter squash broth and passing out recipes!
