We are starting a new pop-up series called Noodles with Friends. We've asked some of our favorite chefs to present their unique take on a great Umi noodle bowl. 

We couldn't be more excited to have Risa Lichtman of Lepage Food & Drinks popping up in our farmers market booth to serve our noodles in her own special way.

Here's her current draft menu:

Sesame-tossed Umi noodles with charred raabs & alliums, pickled rhubarb, spring herbs, Aleppo chili paste, fried chickpeas

Add ons: Beet-pickled 7-minute egg , smoked brisket and/or newly spring kraut

Risa's food is deeply nourishing and delicious. We don't doubt we will lick our bowls. Don't miss these rare pop-ups. First come, first served. We will serve noodles from 8:30 am until we are sold out.
